Under this term we summarize all preperation exercises. The body gets gently warmed up, its joints moved and its ligaments and tendons softened. Furthermore, the body structure will be discovered and strengthened and the sense of balance will be trained.
This way we prevent injuries during fast movements and positions in low stance. In addition, these exercises are very relaxing and promote the letting go (song) in body and mind. Ultimately, it is also about practicing Taijiquan in neutral relaxation to enable attentive, efficient and enjoyable training.
